Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and drop-off to customers to meet service level agreements. - Navigate routes effectively using GPS and in-app tools, communicating proactively with customers and support to resolve any delivery issues and maintain high satisfaction scores. - Maintain professionalism and adhere to safe driving practices during all deliveries, protecting product integrity and company reputation while achieving delivery success metrics.
