This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely, reliable deliveries, operating efficiently across various locations remotely. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently through the Dasher app, managing multiple tasks to achieve high delivery success rates. - Navigate effectively using GPS systems to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries, maintaining safe driving practices and adherence to traffic laws. - Communicate professionally with customers and support teams, resolving delivery-related inquiries and ensuring a positive service experience for all parties.
