This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and local business growth by providing essential delivery services across various locations, operating in an onsite and flexible capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet service level agreements. - Efficiently navigate delivery routes using GPS applications, maintaining safe driving practices and adhering to all traffic regulations. - Clearly communicate with customers and support personnel regarding delivery status or issues, resolving concerns to enhance the overall customer experience.
