We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently transport orders from merchants to customers, serving as a vital link in our on-demand delivery network. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and business success by ensuring timely deliveries, operating onsite across various locations, on a flexible basis. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, effectively managing routes and order queues to ensure timely customer receipt. - Navigate efficiently via GPS technology, communicating proactively with customers and support to resolve issues and enhance delivery experience. - Maintain professionalism and adhere to safe driving practices, ensuring the secure and intact transport of food items, contributing to positive customer feedback.
- Receive base pay plus additional promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, alongside 100% of all customer tips, with fast payouts via DoorDash Crimson Visa. - Enjoy complete scheduling flexibility, choosing your own work hours and areas without minimum or maximum hour requirements, starting and stopping anytime.
- Possess a valid driver's license or ID and be at least 18 years old (19 or 21 in specific states), enabling legal operation of a personal vehicle. - Operate a reliable personal vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a compatible smartphone to effectively utilize the Dasher app. - Demonstrate strong professionalism and safe driving skills during all deliveries, ensuring items are transported securely and customer service standards are upheld.
