This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and business success by ensuring seamless service, primarily based in various local areas, operating remotely via the DoorDash app. Key Responsibilities: - Safely accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and accurate drop-off to customers' specified locations. - Efficiently navigate designated delivery areas utilizing GPS technology, managing routes to optimize delivery times and enhance overall operational productivity. - Maintain professional communication with customers and support teams, resolving delivery-related inquiries and upholding high service standards throughout all interactions.
