This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries, operating across various neighborhoods in an independent contractor work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash application, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and adherence to customer service standards. - Navigate assigned delivery routes effectively with GPS technology, maintaining safe driving practices to achieve timely and secure item delivery. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, proactively resolving any delivery-related inquiries to ensure a positive service experience.
