We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to efficiently transport orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across various local merchants and customer locations. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success, providing essential last-mile delivery services onsite in the designated work areas. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring all items are collected and delivered safely to meet customer expectations promptly. - Navigate efficiently to pickup and drop-off locations using GPS technology, optimizing routes to maintain delivery speed and adherence to schedules. - Communicate proactively with customers and support personnel regarding order status or issues, ensuring clear resolution and a professional service experience.
- Earn base pay per delivery, plus additional income from promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, alongside 100% of all customer tips. - Enjoy a fully flexible work schedule, with no minimum or maximum hours required, allowing you to start and stop delivering at your convenience.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some states, 21 in California) and possess a valid driver's license or ID for background verification. - Utilize a reliable personal vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone capable of running the Dasher app for all delivery operations. - Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with customers and support, maintaining a professional demeanor and safe driving practices.
