This role creates immediate customer satisfaction and supports local economies by providing a crucial delivery link, primarily operating in various neighborhoods via the DoorDash app. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants and accurate drop-off to customers to meet service level agreements. - Utilize GPS navigation and in-app communication tools to effectively plan delivery routes, resolve customer queries, and coordinate with support for smooth, uninterrupted service. - Maintain professional conduct and adhere to safe driving practices during all deliveries, safeguarding package integrity and representing the DoorDash brand positively.
