We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently deliver meals and goods, seamlessly connecting local businesses with customers across various neighborhoods and platforms. This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction by providing timely service, operating across various local {Location} with a fully flexible {Work_Mode} arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet service level agreements. - Navigate assigned delivery routes effectively with GPS assistance, adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a safe driving record for optimal service. - Communicate professionally with customers and support personnel, resolving delivery inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Earn a base pay for each delivery completed, supplemented by promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, and retain 100% of all customer tips. - Benefit from a fully flexible schedule with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing drivers to start and stop delivering anytime on demand.
- Be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states, 21 in California) and provide a valid Social Security Number for a mandatory background check. - Possess a reliable personal vehicle, such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a smartphone to operate the essential Dasher delivery application. - Demonstrate professionalism and maintain safe driving practices, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and providing courteous service during deliveries.
