Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept delivery requests via the Dasher app, ensuring timely completion of orders to meet customer expectations and operational metrics. - Utilize in-app GPS navigation tools to efficiently plan routes and reach destinations promptly, optimizing delivery times and overall customer satisfaction. - Maintain professional communication with customers and support teams to resolve any delivery issues proactively, enhancing service quality and upholding brand standards.
