This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries, operating remotely and flexibly across various service locations. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app efficiently, ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. - Navigate effectively via GPS on a smartphone, planning optimal routes to achieve precise and fast delivery of items to designated addresses. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, managing inquiries and resolving any delivery-related issues to maintain high service standards.
