Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently using the DoorDash app, managing multiple orders to meet customer expectations and service level agreements. - Navigate to pick-up and drop-off locations precisely with GPS, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure timely and secure transportation of goods. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, resolving delivery issues and providing status updates to maintain high satisfaction scores and effective operations.
