This role creates a direct impact on customer satisfaction and local business revenue in various service areas, operating onsite with a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. - Navigate diverse urban and suburban routes efficiently with GPS tools, adapting to traffic and conditions to meet delivery deadlines consistently. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and support personnel, resolving delivery-related issues to enhance the overall service experience.
