We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently deliver food and items from local merchants, fitting seamlessly into our on-demand logistics network. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring timely deliveries, offering flexible work across local areas via an onsite arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app to ensure timely and accurate customer order fulfillment and efficient service. - Navigate safely via GPS and communicate effectively with customers and support to resolve issues and maintain professional delivery service. - Maintain high professionalism and adhere to safe driving practices, including local compliance, to uphold brand standards and ensure reliable customer experience.
- Compensation includes base pay, various promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus 100% of all customer tips received. - Enjoy a fully flexible schedule with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing drivers to start and stop work anytime on demand.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19 in some states, 21 in California) and possess a valid driver's license or ID. - Requires a reliable vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a smartphone capable of running the Dasher app. - Demonstrate professionalism while navigating routes and communicating with customers and support to ensure efficient service delivery.
