This flexible role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and local business success by ensuring efficient deliveries across local areas in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and successfully complete delivery offers through the Dasher app, ensuring all items are collected and transported securely to the final destination. - Navigate efficiently using GPS tools and in-app guidance, maintaining strict adherence to safe driving practices to ensure timely and secure deliveries. - Communicate proactively with customers and support personnel regarding delivery status or issues, resolving concerns professionally to enhance service satisfaction.
