This role creates impact by ensuring timely and safe deliveries, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and merchant success, operating remotely with high flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, coordinating efficient routes and ensuring accurate item pickup for timely customer service. - Navigate to customer locations efficiently using GPS, adhering to all traffic laws and maintaining safe driving practices to ensure secure item transport. - Communicate professionally with customers and support personnel, resolving delivery-related inquiries and providing excellent service during every interaction.
