This role impacts customer satisfaction and local commerce through reliable deliveries, operating onsite in a highly flexible, part-time work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Swiftly accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, adhering to service standards for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Effectively utilize GPS for navigation and communicate proactively with customers and support, resolving issues to ensure smooth delivery experiences. - Maintain high professionalism and practice safe driving at all times, upholding DoorDash's reputation and ensuring public safety during deliveries.
- Receive base pay per delivery plus 100% of customer tips, with additional earning potential via promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges. - Benefit from a fully flexible schedule, allowing you to set your own hours and work on-demand with no minimum/maximum commitments.
- Possess a valid driver's license/ID and SSN for background checks, meeting age requirements of 18+ (19/21 in certain states). - Own and operate a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) along with a compatible smartphone for efficient use of the Dasher app. - Demonstrate strong communication and a commitment to safe driving practices, ensuring professional interactions and secure delivery operations.
