We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to independently deliver food and items, serving as the crucial link between local merchants and customers across various neighborhoods. This role creates direct impact by ensuring timely and efficient deliveries, operating across diverse local areas with a fully onsite and flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently through the DoorDash app, utilizing GPS navigation to ensure accurate and prompt item drop-offs to customers. - Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and support, resolving any delivery-related inquiries to maintain high satisfaction metrics. - Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to all traffic laws, ensuring the secure and undamaged transport of goods from merchants to their final destination.
- Earn base pay plus 100% of customer tips, with additional income opportunities through Peak Pay and Challenges for increased earnings. - Enjoy a fully flexible work schedule with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing on-demand work to start and stop anytime.
- Must be at least 18 years old (19/21 in some states) and possess a valid driver's license or state-issued ID for verification. - Utilize a reliable personal vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a compatible smartphone to effectively manage delivery tasks via the Dasher app. - Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills when interacting with customers and support to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries.
