This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries, operating remotely with full flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for customer satisfaction. - Utilize GPS navigation and in-app tools to plan optimal routes, maintaining safe driving practices and adhering to traffic regulations for reliable service. - Proactively communicate with customers and support personnel regarding delivery status or issues, resolving concerns professionally to enhance service quality.
