This role creates impact by connecting customers with their favorite local merchants, offering flexible work in your chosen area, with deliveries made via the app. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently through the Dasher app, ensuring all items are picked up and dropped off according to customer instructions. - Navigate delivery routes using in-app GPS and communicate professionally with customers and support to resolve any order-related inquiries promptly. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to safe driving practices, upholding service quality standards with every delivery interaction.
- Compensation includes base pay, promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus 100% of customer tips, with fast payout options. - Fully flexible schedule with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing immediate start and stop times, offering complete control over work shifts.
- Must be 18+ years of age (19 in some states, 21 in California) with a valid driver's license or ID and an SSN for background check. - Requires a reliable vehicle (car/scooter/bicycle) and a smartphone capable of running the Dasher app for all delivery operations. - Maintain professionalism and safe driving practices, ensuring positive customer interactions and adherence to all traffic regulations during deliveries.
