This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by completing deliveries promptly in various neighborhoods, operating onsite using the Dasher app. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, diligently following route guidance and delivery instructions to ensure prompt service for customers. - Navigate efficiently using GPS tools, safely operating a reliable vehicle to transport food and items between merchants and customer destinations. - Communicate proactively with customers and support via the app, resolving delivery issues and maintaining a professional demeanor to uphold service standards.
