This role directly enhances customer satisfaction and supports local economies, operating onsite across various urban and suburban locations. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet customer expectations and service level agreements. - Navigate diverse routes via GPS and personal knowledge, optimizing delivery paths to maximize efficiency and maintain high rates of on-time order fulfillment. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and support personnel, resolving issues promptly to enhance the overall delivery experience and customer loyalty.
