This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries, primarily onsite in various geographic locations chosen by the driver. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport food and other items using your reliable vehicle, ensuring timely delivery completion and adherence to DoorDash's service standards and safety guidelines. - Effectively utilize the DoorDash app for offer acceptance, GPS navigation, and clear communication with customers and support to resolve any delivery-related inquiries. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions, ensuring positive experiences that uphold DoorDash's brand reputation.
