This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries onsite using the DoorDash app. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently via the Dasher app, ensuring timely and accurate transportation of goods to customers. - Navigate to various merchant and customer locations using GPS, optimizing routes to maintain delivery speed and meet service level agreements. - Communicate proactively with customers and support throughout the delivery process, maintaining professionalism and addressing any delivery-related inquiries effectively.
