Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, consistently meeting delivery timeframes to enhance customer satisfaction metrics. - Navigate to various merchant and customer locations utilizing GPS navigation tools, ensuring safe driving practices and adherence to traffic regulations. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and support regarding order status, addressing inquiries to promptly resolve any delivery-related issues.
