We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to deliver food and items from local merchants to customers, integral to our last-mile logistics. This role ensures timely, safe deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction across various service areas, offering flexible, on-demand work arrangements. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, maintaining high service standards and delivery speed for customer satisfaction. - Accurately navigate to merchant and customer locations using in-app GPS, ensuring prompt and precise deliveries while adhering to road safety. - Professionally communicate with customers and support via the app regarding order status or issues, ensuring clear and concise resolution.
- Access flexible earning opportunities with base pay, promotional incentives like Peak Pay and Challenges, and retain 100% of all customer tips received for each delivery. - Benefit from complete schedule flexibility, with no minimum or maximum hour requirements, allowing you to work on-demand and choose your preferred delivery zones.
