We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to facilitate the seamless transfer of goods from merchants to customers, serving as a critical link in our on-demand delivery network. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, operating onsite across various urban and suburban locations. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet service level agreements. - Navigate effectively using GPS guidance while maintaining safe driving practices, upholding a professional demeanor during all customer and merchant interactions. - Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and support teams regarding delivery status or issues, resolving minor conflicts to ensure positive outcomes.
- Enjoy a dynamic compensation model including base pay, promotional incentives like Peak Pay, and retain 100% of all customer tips received. - Benefit from a fully flexible work schedule, enabling on-demand work with no minimum/maximum hours, allowing drivers to start and stop anytime.
