This role directly enhances customer satisfaction and supports local economies by completing crucial deliveries on-demand, operating on-site in various urban and suburban areas. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup from merchants to meet customer expectations and service level agreements. - Navigate optimal routes using GPS technology within the Dasher app, delivering food orders accurately to customer locations while adhering to safety regulations. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, providing status updates and resolving delivery-related inquiries to maintain high service quality and positive ratings.
- Earn per delivery plus 100% of customer tips, with additional promotional pay like Peak Pay and Challenges, and fast payout options. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility, allowing you to work on-demand with no set minimum or maximum hours, starting and stopping whenever suits you.
- Possess a valid driver's license or state ID and be at least 18 years old (21 in California) for essential background checks. - Utilize a reliable personal vehicle, such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a smartphone to manage delivery tasks effectively. - Demonstrate professionalism in customer interactions and maintain safe driving practices while navigating routes using GPS.
