Key Responsibilities: - Manage and fulfill delivery requests efficiently using the Dasher app, ensuring timely food and item transfers and adhering to service standards. - Utilize in-app GPS navigation systems to accurately locate merchants and customers, optimizing delivery routes and minimizing travel time. - Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and support teams to resolve issues effectively and enhance satisfaction.
