We're hiring a Food Delivery Driver to serve as the crucial link between local merchants and customers, operating independently to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and local business success by executing efficient deliveries, operating in various locations and working remotely with a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, effectively managing routes and order details to ensure prompt service. - Navigate efficiently via GPS and communicate clearly with customers and support, resolving any delivery issues for a positive experience. - Maintain high professionalism and adhere to safe driving practices, upholding the company's standards for reliable and secure deliveries.
- Receive 100% of customer tips directly for each delivery, complemented by base pay and various promotions like Peak Pay and Challenges. - Enjoy complete flexibility in scheduling, with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing drivers to start and stop work on-demand.
- Be at least 18 years of age (19 in some states, 21 in California) with a valid driver's license or ID to operate a vehicle. - Possess a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle) and a smartphone with the Dasher app installed for accepting delivery offers. - Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to safe driving practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to traffic laws.
