Key Responsibilities: - Promptly accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring accurate order pickup and timely customer drop-off to maintain service efficiency and rating. - Utilize GPS navigation tools within the Dasher app for optimal routing, safely driving a reliable vehicle to quickly reach destinations and meet delivery deadlines. - Communicate professionally with customers and support teams regarding delivery status or issues, ensuring clear and concise updates to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction.
