This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success, working in various local areas in an onsite arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet customer expectations. - Utilize GPS navigation tools to efficiently plan routes and arrive at destinations, minimizing delivery times and optimizing fuel consumption. - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and support, resolving issues and providing status updates to enhance service quality.
