This role creates impact by ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting local businesses through reliable delivery services in various locations, offering complete work flexibility. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring all items are collected and delivered accurately to meet service expectations. - Navigate designated routes using GPS technology, prioritizing safe driving practices and adherence to all traffic laws to ensure timely deliveries. - Communicate professionally with customers and support teams regarding order status or issues, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Receive base pay for each delivery, complemented by promotional earnings like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus retain 100% of all customer tips. - Enjoy complete schedule flexibility with no minimum or maximum hours, allowing you to start and stop delivering on-demand at any time.
- Possess a valid driver's license or ID, meet the minimum age requirement (18+), and provide a Social Security Number for a background check. - Utilize a reliable vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, along with a compatible smartphone to operate the Dasher app for all deliveries. - Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to safe driving practices while navigating various routes, ensuring secure and timely delivery of all orders.
