This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success by ensuring timely deliveries, operating remotely within specified areas, and working on-demand. Key Responsibilities: - Execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation, completing all accepted delivery offers promptly to meet service level agreements effectively. - Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and support, proactively resolving delivery issues quickly to ensure positive experiences. - Adhere to safe driving practices and professional conduct standards consistently, safeguarding items and representing the DoorDash brand responsibly.
