This role creates impact by ensuring timely, reliable service, directly supporting local economies and customer satisfaction in diverse locations via flexible on-demand work. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off to meet customer expectations and service level agreements. - Skillfully navigate delivery routes using GPS and in-app tools, optimizing travel time and efficiency for multiple orders while maintaining safety standards. - Proactively communicate with customers and support teams regarding order status or issues, resolving concerns to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
