Key Responsibilities: - Accept and efficiently complete delivery offers using the DoorDash app, managing customer orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment and high satisfaction. - Navigate assigned routes safely and accurately using GPS, ensuring prompt and precise delivery of items to customer locations while adhering to traffic laws. - Communicate proactively with customers and support to provide delivery updates, address any inquiries or issues, and ensure a smooth, positive service experience.
