This role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, operating independently on-site across diverse geographic locations. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently accept and complete delivery offers using the Dasher app, ensuring all items are collected and safely transported to their intended recipients. - Navigate delivery routes effectively using GPS guidance, adapting to traffic conditions and optimizing paths to meet estimated delivery times and enhance service reliability. - Communicate professionally with customers and support, providing updates on delivery status and resolving any issues to maintain high satisfaction and positive interactions.
- Earn competitive base pay per delivery, supplemented by promotional opportunities like Peak Pay and Challenges, plus retain 100% of all customer tips. - Enjoy complete schedule autonomy, with no minimum or maximum hour requirements, allowing immediate starts and stops to fit personal availability.
- Demonstrate a minimum age requirement of 18 years (or 19-21 in specific states) to legally operate a vehicle and engage in delivery services. - Possess a valid driver's license or state ID, along with a reliable vehicle such as a car, scooter, or bicycle, and a compatible smartphone for the Dasher app. - Maintain a high degree of professionalism and uphold safe driving practices, ensuring courteous interactions and adherence to traffic laws during all deliveries.
