This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and merchant success, operating independently across various locations in an onsite, flexible work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers within specified timeframes using the Dasher app, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for customer satisfaction. - Navigate diverse routes efficiently using GPS technology to reach designated locations, optimizing delivery paths and maintaining service speed targets. - Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and support, resolving delivery issues and enhancing the overall service experience.
