This role creates vital connections, directly impacting customer satisfaction and merchant success by providing seamless delivery services in your chosen work areas, onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Accept and complete delivery offers efficiently through the DoorDash app, tracking progress to meet service level agreements and customer expectations. - Navigate safely and effectively using GPS and in-app tools, ensuring accurate and prompt arrival at merchant and customer locations for successful drop-offs. - Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and support teams, resolving delivery issues and maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
