We're hiring a Food Delivery Courier to seamlessly connect customers with their orders, supporting the operational efficiency across all delivery teams. This role significantly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring timely food and grocery deliveries within Den Bosch, operating in an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently transport food and grocery orders using a personal vehicle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, courteously managing expectations and resolving minor issues to uphold a positive brand image. - Adhere strictly to delivery schedules, utilizing navigation and route optimization tools effectively to meet timeframes and achieve operational targets.
