We're hiring a Country Financial Controller to be the financial anchor for our Polish and Slovak operations, ensuring statutory integrity and compliance excellence. This role ensures robust financial controls and insights that drive business decisions, operating in Wroclaw within a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial oversight for Polish and Slovak legal entities, maintaining complete financial integrity, balance sheet health, and compliance with local and Group (IFRS) standards. - Partner closely with Global Finance Operations teams to deliver accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, reviewing critical reconciliations and financial reporting packages. - Own statutory filings and annual financial statements, ensuring all local regulatory deadlines are met with excellence through coordination with external auditors.
