Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial oversight for Belgium legal entities, ensuring complete financial integrity, maintaining balance sheet health, and complying with IFRS and local standards effectively. - Partner with Global Finance Operations teams to deliver accurate, timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes by reviewing critical reconciliations and reporting packages. - Manage all external audit processes, acting as the primary contact, coordinating directly with auditors, tax advisors, and local authorities to ensure compliance.
