Key Responsibilities: - Transport passengers safely and efficiently using a personal vehicle, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and company policies, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the rider experience. - Navigate various routes effectively using GPS and real-time traffic data, maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle, and offering a comfortable and reliable transportation solution for all passengers. - Provide a consistent and positive rider experience by offering a clean vehicle, helpful assistance, and friendly conversation, ensuring all passengers feel safe and valued during their journey.
- Guaranteed earnings of at least $960 for completing 85 trips within the first 30 days, with the potential to earn more through tips and promotions. - Access to Uber's Instant Pay feature, allowing drivers to cash out up to 5 times a day, providing immediate access to earned income. - Enjoy a flexible schedule with 24/7 access to support and turn-by-turn directions through the Uber app, ensuring a convenient and supported driving experience.
- Must be 21 years or older with at least one year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23), possess a 4-door vehicle, a valid U.S. driver's license, and vehicle insurance. - Previous employment experience in transportation or other peer-to-peer ridesharing networks is beneficial, demonstrating a background in driving or similar roles. - Ability to adapt to varying traffic conditions and passenger needs, maintain a professional demeanor, and ensure passenger safety and satisfaction throughout the ride.
