We're hiring a Driver to provide flexible transportation services, seamlessly connecting passengers with destinations or facilitating deliveries across diverse urban landscapes. This role creates impact by enabling individuals to earn income on their own schedule while contributing to a vital transportation network in various cities, operating onsite with complete autonomy. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently transport passengers or deliver goods using the Uber platform, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines to ensure positive customer experiences. - Manage personal driving schedule and availability through the Uber app, optimizing routes and accepting trips to meet individual earning goals effectively. - Maintain a clean and functional 4-door vehicle, conducting routine checks to ensure compliance with Uber's safety standards and local regulations for reliable service.
- Earn at least $1515 by completing 120 trips within the first 30 days, as part of a promotional guaranteed earnings offer for new drivers. - Access to Uber's Instant Pay feature, allowing drivers to cash out their earnings up to 5 times per day for immediate financial access. - Benefit from guaranteed earnings for the initial 120 trips, providing financial security and motivation for new drivers starting on the platform.
- Must be 21 years old or older with a valid U.S. driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance to operate legally on the platform. - Possess a 4-door vehicle that meets Uber's operational standards, ensuring sufficient space and safety for passengers or deliveries. - Demonstrate at least 1 year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23) to navigate safely and efficiently across urban and suburban areas.
