We're hiring a Driver to independently provide on-demand transportation or delivery services, flexibly integrating with individual schedules and personal financial goals. This role creates impact by offering convenient, accessible services to users, operating in various cities as a flexible, part-time work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Operate a personal or rented vehicle efficiently to transport passengers or goods, adhering to traffic laws and safety standards. - Utilize the Uber driver application to accept ride or delivery requests, navigate routes, and manage earnings transparently. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring positive interactions and satisfactory completion of each trip.
- Access earnings instantly up to five times daily through Instant Pay, providing immediate financial liquidity for personal needs and expenses. - Enjoy complete schedule autonomy, driving as much or as little as desired, and utilize rental partners for hourly, daily, or weekly car access.
- Possess a valid US driver's license and a minimum of one year driving experience, extending to three years if under 25 years of age. - Own or access an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone for seamless operation of the Uber driver application. - Consent to and successfully pass a comprehensive driver screening and background check, demonstrating commitment to safety and compliance.
