We're hiring a driver to help people get around their city and provide reliable transportation services. This role creates impact by connecting riders with drivers in their local area. Uber is a technology company that connects riders and drivers through a mobile app, facilitating transportation services. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers to their desired destinations using the Uber app, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Navigate efficiently using GPS and real-time traffic data to optimize routes and minimize travel time for riders. - Adhere to all traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the ride.
- Receive earnings up to 5 times a day with Instant Pay, with options for hourly, daily, or weekly cash outs. - Decide your own working hours and schedule, allowing for flexibility around personal commitments. - Access to Uber's rental partners for vehicle options if you do not own a car.
- Have at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US (3 years if you are under 25 years old). - Use an eligible 4-door vehicle and possess a valid US Driver's license, smartphone (iPhone or Android), and proof of residency. - Consenting to driver screening and background check, with potential for additional documentation based on city or state requirements.
