This role is crucial for facilitating mobility and creating economic opportunities within local communities, operating in various locations with a flexible work mode. As a Driver, you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off passengers efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and company policies, and ensuring a positive customer experience. - Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the Uber app for navigation and trip management, ensuring timely arrivals. - Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean vehicle, offering a comfortable ride, and communicating courteously with passengers. - Manage your schedule effectively to complete a target number of trips, maximizing earnings and adhering to promotional guarantees.
- Earn a guaranteed minimum of $840 for your first 100 trips within 30 days, with the potential to earn more through tips and promotions. - Access Uber’s Instant Pay to cash out your earnings up to 5 times a day, providing immediate access to your funds. - Receive comprehensive support including 24/7 assistance and in-app turn-by-turn navigation for a seamless driving experience.
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a 4-door vehicle. - Require at least one year of U.S. driving experience, increasing to three years for drivers under 23 years of age. - Prior experience in transportation roles like delivery driver or taxi driver is beneficial, as are previous ridesharing or driving network involvements.
