Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently transport passengers or deliver goods using the Uber platform, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines. - Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional conduct and effective communication, striving for positive ratings and feedback. - Manage app-based ride requests and navigation efficiently, optimizing routes and maximizing earning potential with available tools.
- Possess at least one year of licensed driving experience in the US, increasing to three years if under 25 years of age. - Own or rent an eligible 4-door vehicle and have access to an iPhone or Android smartphone for platform operations. - Consent to and successfully pass a comprehensive driver screening and background check, upholding safety standards.
