We are Uber. The go-getters. The kind of people who are relentless about our mission to help people go anywhere and get anything and earn their way. Movement is what we power. It’s our lifeblood. It runs through our veins. It’s what gets us out of bed each morning. It pushes us to constantly reimagine how we can move better. For you. For all the places you want to go. For all the things you want to get. For all the ways you want to earn. Across the entire world. In real time. At the incredible speed of now.
We're hiring a Driver to provide efficient transportation and delivery services, seamlessly integrating personal time with a global, on-demand network. Drivers create significant impact by offering accessible rides and deliveries, operating locally with a highly flexible, self-directed work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Safely transport passengers or deliver goods using the Uber app, ensuring timely arrivals and maintaining high service ratings for customer satisfaction. - Manage personal driving schedule and availability through the in-app calendar, optimizing earning potential and maintaining work-life balance effectively. - Adhere to all traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines during trips, contributing to a safe and reliable platform experience for all users.
- Access immediate earnings with Instant Pay, allowing cash outs up to five times daily, providing significant financial liquidity and control over income flow. - Enjoy unparalleled scheduling autonomy, determining personal driving hours and earning targets independently, ensuring maximum flexibility and work-life harmony. - Utilize flexible vehicle rental options through Uber's partners, securing a car by the hour, day, or week, removing vehicle ownership as a barrier to earning.
- Possess a minimum of 1+ year of licensed driving experience in the US, or 3+ years if under 25, demonstrating proven road safety and navigation capabilities. - Operate an eligible 4-door vehicle and an iPhone or Android smartphone, ensuring seamless access to the Uber platform and essential navigation tools. - Successfully pass a comprehensive driver screening and background check, upholding Uber's commitment to safety and community trust for all platform users.
