We're hiring a Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services, seamlessly integrating personal vehicles into a dynamic on-demand network. This role creates impact by connecting communities and facilitating travel for users across various locations, working onsite and with a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Operate a personal 4-door vehicle to transport passengers safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company guidelines for service quality. - Manage personal driving schedule and availability through the Uber app, optimizing time for maximum earnings potential and meeting daily trip targets. - Utilize the in-app navigation and support features to ensure accurate routing and provide prompt assistance, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Earn a guaranteed minimum of $1035 for completing your first 95 trips within 30 days, with the flexibility to cash out earnings up to five times daily. - Benefit from a fully flexible schedule, giving you complete control over when and where you drive to seamlessly fit around your personal commitments.
- Possess at least one year of proven driving experience in the U.S. (three years if under 23) to ensure a high standard of safe and reliable passenger transport. - Maintain a valid U.S. driver's license and vehicle insurance, along with access to a roadworthy 4-door vehicle, ensuring compliance and operational readiness. - Demonstrate strong navigational abilities and problem-solving skills when utilizing in-app features, effectively managing routes and passenger interactions for optimal service.
